Common questions

Where is my progress saved?

On your device. There are no accounts or cloud saves, so deleting the game, or moving to a new phone, starts you again from the beginning.

Why can't I see the Ranks button?

The leaderboard needs an internet connection. The Ranks button appears once the game can reach the leaderboard. Everything else works offline.

My score isn't on the leaderboard

Scores are sent when a game ends, so finish the game while you're online. The all-time board keeps your best level; the daily board keeps your best level in that day's challenge.

Can I change my leaderboard name?

Yes. Open Ranks and tap Change Name for a new random name. Names are made from a fixed list of words, so you can't type your own.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

Open Settings in the game and tap Privacy choices (shown where the law requires a choice). On iPhone and iPad, tracking is under Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking. See the privacy policy for more.
